Vested Interest
What all our Clients have in common, is a Vested Interest in their business. Mostly they own the business, like Private Equity and Venture Capital funds, Family-owned businesses and Consulting and Advisory Partnerships.
But for Impact Investment Funds, Foundations and DFI´s, the Vested Interest is in the common ownership of a purpose. In the case of listed companies, clients are intrinsically aligned with the companies values, goals, and culture, and act with vested interest.
When decision makers have a Vested Interest, their Human Capital perspective is freed from politics and prejudice. As a result, they attract talented executives with a good cultural fit, the required experience, and the skills to unlock the maximum value of the business.
